I’m still so glad this was updated from the original iteration, the large grids and white/black (or whatever color they were) zig zagging didnt look that nice.

I’m also personally glad the previous proposal never went through, it was monstrous and the facade was completely monotonous for such a large building proposal.

I’m glad I don’t use the Nevins subway stop any more. Last time I was there the emergency exit door was locked shut on the northbound side.
