I’m begging anyone lurking on these forums from SL Green to tear down 625 Madison Ave at 58th street. This POS will be practically empty come January 2020…its that antiquated.

625 Madison will probably be redeveloped in the next cycle. Either a gut renovation or demo. No way that site remains as-is, given the location and value.

A soaring mixed-use supertall would look really good there.
