There are so many empty plots on 57th. It looks lousy.
Helps to diffuse the light and it gives a grittier edge to it.

Does anyone understand what’s happening at the Four Seasons? Seems like such a waste of one of the city’s greatest buildings.

It’s never enough for these guys. If everybody else has 4 seasons, they want 8. If they can’t have 8 then by their twisted logic, the rest of us deserve nothing. Greed kills.

That’s correct, the building is “on” 57th, but looking down 8th ave.
