This building is really refreshing in its curvature with rhythmic windows. Love the cornice which seems to be brick work that seamlessly flows from the wall in a concave fashion to the protrusion. (I thought I would try writing like David: Sent From Heaven but I am developing a headache). :crazy_face:

I love that it replaced the crappy garage/parking lot that was there for decades. This part of Hudson St has so much charm, and that auto lot detracted from it.
