Wow. All crane remnants are gone and facade installation almost finished. A gem indeed. This will be an NYC treasure. Makes me think landmark status designation should not have to wait thirty years for especially outstanding buildings. I think this one would meet that high threshold.

Dispute among partners of superluxe MoMA tower

This article is from Feb but don’t think it was posted here. I haven’t heard much about sales at this tower which is probably a bad thing. To me this is much more original and attractive than any Stern design but location is king.
