It takes a lot of money to look that cheap!

Some 60’-70’ to top out, safety cocoon and concrete formwork are being removed pretty quickly, steel should begin after all of it is removed.

Would love to see a handful more of buildings around this height in midtown to fill out the space between the old plateau and the new giants. Find the jump from one to the other a little awkward atm. Great pic

Another superskinny supertall.

At least this one has some unique stylings to it (and perhaps working lights on its crown) :sweat_smile: What a time to be alive where such tall buildings are popping up all over NYC!

I love this building. I think it’s the best one under construction. It and Brooklyn Tower are spectacular additions to the city.
