The pre-sales on this building are going very strong. The main aesthetic appeal for me are the arched windows: they impart that ‘modern yet classic’ look.

Do you know which company is supplying the ATC for this project? The installations on the floors above the podium so far are outstanding.
I believe, but am not 100% certain, that Al Abbar Group is the fabricator/supplier for the facade as if I recall correctly the mockup images that showed up sometime in 2022 came from either their linkedin page or an employees page, and there was protective sticker film early on when the facade began to be installed that had the group’s logo on it.
I’m under the assumption that the terracotta hasn’t been installed is because they didnt want it to somehow get damaged or there was a long lead time for it to be made since there are a wide variety of shapes that needed special die extrusions to be made.
Just editing this post for the update from the 25th, add 2 floors and that’s where they are now lol. 3 more floors and they will start the crown and it should top out fairly soon after.

They are working on the last floor before the crown setback, the top of the formwork is at the base of the crown.
