I hope so, i just walked by it last night and the film on it makes it look like its an old warehouse thats coming down instead of going up.

If the architecture profession has the fashion equivalent of ‘camp’ (as in the recent met gala fashion event) then I would describe this architectural aesthetic as CAMP. This is very interesting looking, bold, and totally out of the ordinary; delightful to behold. I is always great to see a building design that rises above the run-of-the-mill norm and does something special like this building.

There is one thing that always bothered me about that facade design: each of those protruding bay windows look to me like elevator cabs - looking up I sort of expect one of them to start slowly decending down toward the lobby. The sort of elevators that are use in those massive hotel atriums; it is reminiscent of those type elevator cabs. However, that just me and a few others who may make the same wacky association. LOL
