It’s the 220 CPS of skyscrapers: not the tallest, but by far the most luxurious in the city, and probably country. Rent on the diagrid and penthouse floors is absolutely insane.
Of course, it figures that the biggest tenant here will be Citadel group hedge fund — who booked the entire four seasons resort in Florida in the spring and moved their trading staff to work there through the pandemic.
The head of citadel is ken griffin who bought the penthouse at 220 CPS, most expensive apartment in America…
