NEW YORK | 425 Park Ave | 860 FT | 41 FLOORS

This building has almost no impact on the skyline whatsoever.

well its really a 700 footer with a 160ft crown. 700ft isn’t going to make much of an impression on the Midtown Park Avenue corridor of skyscrapers.

It may not be tall, but it is possibly the fanciest office building of its size ever built. The prices Citadel is paying for space here are mind-boggling.

Is it? what’s fancy about it? not saying I don’t like it!

There is a designated lounge for chauffeurs, it is certified feng shui (whatever that means), has private top-end dining, etc.

Even just check out the lobby and you will see the materials being used here are other worldly. A ton of money was put into having the corner windows be mullion-free for executive offices

It’s the interiors that set it apart.

Good for us watching from a distance. I can’t imagine getting any decent shut eye with that blinding light outside. I’m glad I never had any desire to live in midtown :joy:

Yeah that is some bright light.

Did you see that article in the NY Times about 432 and the problems they’re having? I hope management of 425 tells them to kick rocks.
