Very attractive apartment buildings. The all glass facade (curtain wall) would otherwise be disappointing if it were not for those protruding sections that make for an artful and interesting looking residential building.
I recently was in Schafer Tower/Landing which is near by this I think: the streets are still somewhat desolate in the off hours - this may help liven up the area.
Have we seen a rendering for the residential project on 10th Ave?
