This thread might have been created too soon, but a new project could get underway here in the coming years.
The diagram shows a floor area similar to that of 405–417 Park Avenue, so it is likely that something similar will be built here.

Very early days - Owners of the two sites are discussing between them and small group of developers about a potential combined site. Nothing definitive and owners of the parcels haven’t agreed on anything yet but am optimistic
