I can’t find any articles about this project, but it’s directly across the street from 461 Dean street. Permits indicate an erection of a new building. From onsite render it looks to be about 10 stories tall.

Possibly, but I’m not sure. Passed by the site today, there was a lot of action going on. The pit is really deep but foundation work was going on.
