265K sf which Iā€™m guessing includes the space Related and Oxford had set aside for themselves and the remaining floors that may have been slated for expansion space of existing tenants.

Itā€™s staying I believe. Itā€™s a viewing platform, you pay extra and to get up. You literally have to climb steps along the edge of the crown

That observation deck canā€™t open fast enough. The one thing Iā€™m really, really looking forward to with this tower. Iā€™ll probally spend a few hours up there, that view is to die for.

A camera, some binoculars, and possibly some whiskey afterā€¦
