I am reading the comment section of the NY Yimby feature article; and I see a comment by “Andrew Alpern”. I wonder if it is the same Andrew Alpern who has written many books on NYC Architecture: he is an architect & lawyer who has also written a few fine books.

I have 3 books he has written: “Luxury Apartment houses of Manhattan” and “NY Apartment Houses of Rosario Candela/James Carpenter” and “New York’s Fabulous Luxury Apartments”.

I suspect it is actually him, right there in our own comment section - that’s great… :grinning:
