6 months seems virtually impossible.
Deutsche Bank/Banker’s Trust next to WTC took about 4 years to demolish and that was only 39 stories (albeit it was filled with mold and WTC dust).

I was told by a friend that works for JP Morgan and close to the project from the H.R. / location strategy side of things is that the actual demo of the building is scheduled for one floor per week the Madison ave podium being the last to go. So approximately a year from now, the building will be completely demolished. There are also significant incentives to complete the work early as well, so it could be sooner, but six months is definitely out of the question.

Only that they have seen the model in person. We’re Having dinner this weekend, I’ll see if they drop any more details after a bit of saki Haha.

Only that they have seen it. Wouldn’t say when they saw it, where they saw it, if they saw something else as well or that Jaime & Co. have officially selected this design.

Yeah, I figured there was no way it could all come down in 6 months.
Question for you all- if they sold pieces of the building, like commemorative bricks, or small pieces of steel, would you buy one? I would, and put it next to my piece of Golden Gate Bridge suspender cable.
