Lol yes I was saying the real fan columns arent as uniform and evenly spaced as the ones in the model due to the placement of the central nodes/shear walls below ground inbetween the traintracks. It wouldnt have been possible to have them be even.

270 Park sure does clean up nicely! 
Its dominating presence can clearly be felt now that it’s nearly complete! 21st-century NYC is looking really nice! Hopefully the base wraps up by the fall!
