Things still going really slow here, they added a floor of cladding since my update 3 weeks ago.

Woof those mechanical floors are bleak……was walking up Broadway yesterday and was hoping that they had just not finalized those floors yet……

I suspect cash flow difficulties.

I’m relatively certain that they are still yet to receive their outer cladding (hopefully). Otherwise, your general sentiment still stands.

Via cams now. Surreal stuff with the floor plates visible.

previous rendering…

Nice find! It looks basically the same but for those minor differences that i’ve previous touched upon in past updates, but its nice to actually have an updated render now.

I don’t think I necessarily understand what the approval was for though, or why anything would need to be approved by the state’s AG for that matter. Could possibly be why the project has been “stalled” in recent months.

Slighty larger version, the core doesnt look like it will have the scrunched foil cladding (thank god for that), but it does look like it will be a boring facade regardless.

Condo offering plans, I think, get run through state approval.

I read through another article about the same thing on TRD and it mentioned the pricing as well so I thought that was it!
