From 6.20.20:
the office portion of this building has been signing some small leases. And its location at Domino Park makes it attractive for retailers. Other Half is pretty hyped up in the craft beer community.

Renowned wine importer Neal Rosenthal is taking over the entire 22nd floor of Ten Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
In addition to being the headquarters for the Rosenthal Wine Merchant team of 41 current employees – a number expected to grow substantially within the next few years – the space will also serve as a spectacular venue for exclusive events where wine, food and culture converge.
Ten Grand Street and One South First will feature several Brooklyn-based retailers including Roberta’s, Other Half Brewing Co., Oddfellows Ice Cream and Two Hands Café.
Two Trees also signed a 12,000 s/f lease with brand Prose, which will occupy the entire 8th and 9th floors of the tower.
Capital “A” Architecture; that happens to be in the shape of the letter “n”.
Great looking building. I think this is so fantastic looking it is worth taking a ‘pilgrimage’ there for no other reason than to see ‘Ten Grand Street’ in person.
Can’t wait to visit it on my next NYC trip.
