Ah, never been up there. How is shooting thru the glass? I wish you could go out on the roof like the old WTC.

It’s good during the day, but at night reflections can get annoying

Do they let you bring a tripod (I’m guessing probably not…)?

I didn’t, but of not they’ll definitely let you know before you go up

@5Bfilms @TK2000 I didn’t bring my tripod cuz I read they were not allowed on their website. I didn’t want to haul it and risk them saying no. It’s understandable, the place is highly trafficked and people are constantly clamoring to get to a window. It’s kinda a security issue.

Once you find a good spot, you want to park yourself there and take what shots you want while switching lenses. I ended up crouching towards the bottom of the windows so people could still take pics in front of me.

Also I used a polarizing filter that reduces window glare. It’s a marked difference than when using my phone.

Love this perspective. Just trying to imagine the other towers in the Domino redevelopment. Going to look sick.

But I wonder if this view will be obstructed by the towers that will go up near 1 Manhattan Square. Or maybe they are farther south.

They’ve gone all-in on the “1S1” branding.
