Another ‘classic beauty’ on the way… :heart_eyes:

I find every RAMSA building - or classical architecture in general - to be quite “delightful” . However, I am a strict modernist when it comes to my preferences for any new Architectural addition to this city.

This curious case of ambivalence led me to question why “classical” architecture would be the preferred architectural style for so many people in these ‘modern’ times. It is a well established fact that the resale - and general popularity - of classical buildings far outperform that of modernist buildings. That too, I find puzzling. :woozy_face:

These are nothing new - but still relevant.

I enjoyed listening to the podcast, and then reading the article - both posted below - which gave me some insight into the classical vs modernist quandary. Enjoy.
