I was on a moving 7 train and didn’t notice til the last minute so no pics but… this is at least at floor 3 or 4 now. It’s a floor above the Court Sq station roof and very imposing.
Very excited for this tower as I think it will have great presence and the investment in this area is terrific - it was always a bit of an underrated gem of a location…more critical mass will bring so much more for the residents here.

Anybody near by that can give an update on this project? I wonder how many floors tall it is now.

I noticed while on the train today they have started on the tower portion. They were erecting formwork for the first floor above the podium.
