I can’t imagine that a condo won’t rise here. I like this little, old building.
FYI: There is a Banksy stencil near the corner of Broadway and 79th Street on the 79th Street side with plexiglass put up to protect it by Zabars. What’s going to happen to that!?
That’s interesting. I hope that this building is preserved, but I doubt that it will be.
