I’m glad that this building is coming down. I hope that the dilapidated junk on the NW corner of B’Way and Canal comes down soon too. It seems that the plans for that project have been languishing for years.

It appears that United Land is the developer for this project and the long-delayed one across the street. They’ve also retained Adjmi for both projects.
