Take a look at these “facade components” and that may explain the delay. This type of richly detailed facade is a brilliant idea for making ‘stand out’ Architecture while keeping a rather simple (boxy) form factor on the overall shape of the building.
They are using what I might refer to as ‘jewel box’ material to intricately detail that facade. Very Nice.
