Workers are busy building Bonjour Capital’s 19-story Brooklyn Heights apartment project at 172 Montague St. Brokerage CPEX Real Estate is busy marketing the retail space planned for its lower floors.
Quinlan Development Group assembled the non-landmarked site in 2013. It’s on the same block as the 172 Montague site.
Unless Quinlan’s crew holds onto the Remsen properties for a lo-o-o-o-ng time, daytime stay-at-homes at the two development sites’ mutual neighbor – apartment building 180 Montague St. – are in for some serious noise. Earmuffs, anyone?
