Rear cement core wall is being completely hidden by facing. That’s a plus for an otherwise pretty mundane building. It can’t decide whether it wants to be an UWS building or a modern one. As a result it’s neither. The only interesting aspects are the front corner treatments of windows and mullions.

I like the treatment on the core wall. I think it should literally be in the zoning code that you can’t expose blank concrete walls on buildings over a certain height.
