Great shot. It looks like the east core’s formwork isn’t aligned with the rebar on the core itself—wonder why?
the formwork has to go around the bars. the inside face of the forms are not up yet.

Question, although early in the process, will they move the ‘11 tears memorial’ to 2 WTC when this building is finished or will it stay in the original AMEX tower in the WFC?
