All of the ducts move, they will just continue vertically to the set of mechanical floors directly above the lobby levels.

I tried looking in your post history and it’s quite incredulous to see you commenting that when you add absolutely NO VALUE to this forum. You’re a taker—there’s literally 0 contributions of pictures or updates on any buildings. Every few weeks, you pop in and dictate how others should post.
You spoke about entitlement a few months ago in posts regarding Ken Griffin and fail to see it in yourself. Eat your own drivel. No one owes you anything. Will the floors rise as the mechanical equipment is kept in its current place? Furthermore will they be moved above the lobby after construction?

Yes, they should continue going up, even as relocation of the HVAC/MEP to the mechanical floors occurs. I’m told that process could take quite some time, so I imagine the building will be rather tall by the time the lobby is finally clear.

Most of the ductwork that was in the footprint of the main core volume has been temporarily relocated (again) so that the core can rise. It’s more likely that they will be relocated to their final location during construction and not after, possibly even after the mechanical floors have been put up. But they will not be waiting until after construction to move them, otherwise the building would still be under construction.
343 Madison is experiencing a similar situation.
