Yes, fun & attractive. However, I hope the bottom of each of those terraces look as smooth, even, and flat as they look in this rendering.
This is a nice architectural design: a practical & attractive outcome. Well Done.
The rendering is only an ‘artistic representation’ I know - hopefully the finished product will come out looking as close as possible to what is depicted in that rendering.

BTW - On the bottom side of the terraces1841 Broadway did a great job in this particular feature.
It looks like black granite was used: whatever, looks good, looks finished.

I believe they are covering the blank wall with real stone or slate? (I may be wrong) but whatever it is, looks good
