I hope that nothing nice was razed there. Lexington is really hit or miss from around 39th Street to 24th Street. That stretch has the potential to be beautiful, but there’s still a lot of mierda.
I was working in that area once and stopped in a place for lunch: the place I ate was a fast food Indian restaurant called “Curry-in-a-Hurry”. I thought that was very funny, very clever. Those new condo apartments look great; but for me, those prices are a NAAN starter. Get it?
