This building is comical at beast but I can’t say in print what I really think of it.
There’s a technical term to describe how it looks: fugly.

I am only mildly offended.
It’s decent for something on a side street and WAY better than the junk that was there. This was one of the most disgusting blocks between 96th St and the Battery.
It all looks decent for a filler building, except it irritates me that the right-most facade portion has white window sills on the brick portions instead of grey or black. They stand out in a weird way–why not use a matching color like on the middle section?
It could be worse.
agreed, plus its hidden away enough that not a lot of people have to look at it every day.
