Seems like a wasted opportunity not adding a new theater for Broadway given that its a fairly substantial plot of land.
What a disgrace. The underemployed socialists who complaint about luxury developments should get off their fat asses and protest this PoS. Then again, it’s their aim for NY to be a flea bag.
