BTW - Maybe it was Andrew Dolkart - I have read the both extensively, but still get them confused.

I’d really like to see Mamdani work with Hochul to give city planners extensive eminent domain powers to tear down relative junk like the tenements around the base of this tower.
It would be pretty neat to close the book on the ‘Cantilever Era’ and I’m sure developers would love it.
