Lam Generation filed plans to build a 38-story hotel next to its Marriott-branded tower in Chelsea, according to documents filed with the city’s Department of Buildings on Friday.

stalled? I’d rather see this one rise than Chang’s on 28th.
Not sure if it is stalled since I havent walked by in a while. No one was working on it today though.

Better than I expected.
Anything that is setback substantially from the street wall is a fail no matter how nice it otherwise is.
Northwest units of Stratus are totally screwed re/ western views.
For better or worse, Chelsea’s skyline is forever changed by these hotel towers.

I guess they’re installing the glass(?). I haven’t seen a lot of activity on this one lately.
They’ve been installing the glass facade. Its moving, but a tad bit slow but still moving.
