Lam Generation filed plans to build a 38-story hotel next to its Marriott-branded tower in Chelsea, according to documents filed with the city’s Department of Buildings on Friday.
The proposed tower, which is expected to reach a height of 420 feet, will rise next to another Lam Generation development, the 39-story Renaissance Hotel at 112 West 25th Street.

Not sure if it is stalled since I havent walked by in a while. No one was working on it today though.
Definitely not stalled. They were very busy getting the first floor up yesterday.

Northwest units of Stratus are totally screwed re/ western views.
For better or worse, Chelsea’s skyline is forever changed by these hotel towers.

I guess they’re installing the glass(?). I haven’t seen a lot of activity on this one lately.
They’ve been installing the glass facade. Its moving, but a tad bit slow but still moving.
