Anything that is setback substantially from the street wall is a fail no matter how nice it otherwise is.

Northwest units of Stratus are totally screwed re/ western views.

For better or worse, Chelsea’s skyline is forever changed by these hotel towers.

I guess they’re installing the glass(?). I haven’t seen a lot of activity on this one lately.

They’ve been installing the glass facade. Its moving, but a tad bit slow but still moving.
