This filthy garbage must come down! It’s right next to the site of the new hotel.

That building has survived two fires and 9/11 and I very well think it’s immortal. Who knows, it might come alive and toss the demolition guys out Monster House style.

I hope that rats in BK chew through electrical wires and cause a fire which burns this pos to the ground.

I’m surprised at how lame it is. Stonehill usually does nice work. I guess anytime Hideousrock is involved as the “developer,” shlock is inevitable. The blank wall really sucks Dick

Cheney, particularly since I don’t since the BK and the other PoS adjacent to it on the south end of the block being redeveloped any time soon.

What the hell? Why do we always get stuck with blank wall garbage downtown? Not impressing at all.

At least no one will miss it in 75-100 years!

Stonehill usually does good work so it leads to think it may have something to do with a combination of cost cutting and zoning codes.

These type of hotels all seem to have that Gene Kaufman look to them: a box podium followed by a rectangular box set back from the podium.

Here at least the podium is flush with its neighbors whereas a Gene Kaufman would be set way back.

Still no activity here…

Dam. Could they not knock down the Burger King too?

Also, all brick or concrete sides this exposed look terrible.

Please let some natural disaster strike down that Burger King with no one inside…

It’s survived at least 3 different fires plus 9/11. If there’s ever a nuclear holocaust the only things that’ll survive are cockroaches and this Burger King
