Fabulous news, Robert!

I agree, Lion!

The empty space in the foreground is will the multistory, open-air glass space will rise.

Woah! Those extra 2 floors came from nowhere!

Let’s hope it continues at this pace, I’ve said it before, but I recon this will overtake or at least come very close to Nordstrom as they rise!

Right? All of a sudden it was at 3 stories! It would be great if it continued this way.

I really don’t understand what is going on (meaning how it is being constructed) but I see more stuff built so I am happy.

I believe the main part of the building is rising in the back of the lot. This is the skyscraper portion now on level 3. The front part of the lot is the lobby and such?

That’s my understanding, Vortex. The foreground is where that multistory, empty, glass cube will be. This is rising, and it should shoot up very quickly.

PS: Nice photos, ILNY!

Agreed!! I’m so excited ILNY has joined us!

Also, if this thing is indeed rising this fast it’s going to surpass all the other towers in no time!

which will probably be the last thing they finish so they can use the area for staging.

Good Shots ILNY. Glad to see you here!

The irony is that the same folks who banned our star contributor walpole now get to see his work on YIMBY articles. Eh, they did it to themselves but we here understand the need for top talent and so, appreciate our contributors.

So to Mr.Walpole and everyone else…

On a side note, this is my favorite tower currently rising. Its incredible.
