Woot! Looks like it’s at ground level, based on the foundation lines on the other building.

I agree!

I’m really starting to get excited for this thing to rise. It’s going to make such a statement given that it’s practically in right in the middle of central park.

I assume, given the small footprint of this tower, it should ascend pretty quickly?

Just insane!

I mean 432 is basically the same height, but it’s not as close to the park.

This is a totally different experience!

I wonder if this thing would be more dramatic if the building was rotated 180 degrees. Then you would have the steps facing the park rather than downtown.

Either way it’s stunning!

Nice. is that taken from the 58th street side?

No, The gate was open on 57th, and I snapped a quick one!

Nice! Can’t wait until it starts rising and once it does, it will rise quickly hopefully.

I agree. The lower 60% seems to rise straight up and over a small footprint.

This thing should explode with growth then. Even faster than 432 hopefully

If the tower were facing the other way, from the park it might appear like a dramatic extension of the 59th street setbacks.

It would look really cool.

In your pic it already almost looks like they are starting the ground floor! It should start rising real fast. I would bet it’s gonna top out before the central park tower

I think they are.
