Peekaboo, it doesnt actually seem like much has been done in terms of structural demolition because you can still see the top of the building under the trunks on the north facing side.

The demo permit that was issue for this and the adjacent Hublot parcel was for a full demo of the lots.
It’s clear that they are taking apart everything piece by piece though as there is no outward appearance of progress on the visible rear portion of the building either. That or they could potentially also not have started to do anything. And at this point it seems like the latter could actually be true. Yet to be seen.
