This project includes a 14-story tower with frontage on LeCount Place with 112 residential units; nearly 4,000 square feet of retail space including a portion of the historic Standard Star building fronting on North Avenue renovated for retail use; and, a large art installation on the north wall of the tower (facing Huguenot Street).

So much construction going on downtown. You gotta love it!
pretty much close to being topped out, only thing left is to complete those handle looking things lol

EDIT: Forgot to post this, but here’s what it looks like from the other side lol. Definitely not as pleasant to look at from this angle. It’ll be mostly white facade
great to see the first wave of new highrises topped out. The next one should be equally fun to watch.
