Street addresses should be used, or if the marketing names are to be used, then the street addresses should be in parentheses (like with āThe Forgeā).

In the case of Waterline Square, given its size, I think its appropriate to use the marketing name. Smaller developments, have the address and if there is a name, always good to have it in parenthesis. Makes it easier to identify.
Iāll look at it in the future on a case by case basis.

and
NEW YORK | 525 West 27th Street (Jardim) | 135 FT | 11 + 10 FLOORS
Waterline Square though will remain. Its to big of a project to use an address as there are multiple ones and itās easier to identify.

Lincoln Square (Philadelphia) title should include 1000 South Broad Street, the street address.
The Jackson (Long Island City) should include 13-33 Jackson Avenue, the street address.
