Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower To Rise 749 Feet

Miami Worldcenter Associates submitted plans to the FAA last week for a residential tower called Worldcenter Signature Tower.

If approved, it would rise 749 feet above sea level (738 feet above ground level) – the maximum permitted in the area.

It will be located at 129 NE 8th St, across from the NAP of the Americas and above The Mall At Miami Worldcenter.

Boston’s Elkus Manfredi is designing the tower, which will include 466 residential units.

This is one of those new towers which most cities that aren’t NYC and Chicago would go crazy over. It’s now known as Paramount WorldCenter, U/C. Final height of 699’

Downtown Miami is experiencing another construction boom. Two mega projects between Worldcenter and Miami Central, plus numerous supertall or otherwise tall skyscrapers planned.
