Midtown Miami continues its expansion with Midtown 8 in the works.
Early details have emerged regarding the mixed-use development by Wood Partners. Midtown 8 will have 387 rental units with Midtown Opportunities (the seller) keeping the 30,000-plus square feet of ground-floor retail.
The project has been proposed on a 2.03-acre site at 2901 and 2951 Northeast 1st Avenue, per The Next Miami, located just south of Midtown 6, which was recently announced as a luxury apartment project.
Midtown 8 would be Wood Partners’ fourth development in Miami, joining Alta Mira, JOYA, and Red Road Commons, per their website.
