Proposal from 2017 designed by Nichols Architects for Karam Group and Claro Development. Developers filed FAA permits again after 6-7 years of staying relatively low-key.
No clue if this design is staying, but stay tuned.

Iām not too familiar with Miami, and at this point I have absolutely lost track of all the projects there.
Gonna be an amazing looking city in 10 years. I hope they upzonw the areas outside Brickell, they could have some Chicago style density
