Is Club Space Moving? 709-Foot Tower Proposed To Replace Nightclub

A 709-foot tower could be built on the property where the legendary Club Space is currently operating.

Plans were submitted last week for a tower which would be built on both the Club Space property and on adjacent property owned by affiliates of Miami Worldcenter.

Club Space is operated by Miami nightlife king Roman Jones, along with Justin Levine. Property records show that the building itself is is owned by Parkwest Development, LLC, which is controlled by Griscom Bettle of Bradenton.

If approved, the tower would rise to a height of 709-feet above sea level (or 699-feet above ground) – the maximum permitted for the area.

Worldcenter has been delayed by the operators of Grand Central nightclub, requiring another commission vote on the development agreement for the project (scheduled for today.)
