MIAMI | 1010 SW Second Ave (Brickell Ten) | FT | 24 FLOORS

Rendering:

The other projects gaining conditional board approval included:

• Brickell Ten, planned for a site at 1010 SW Second Ave. The mixed-use development is designed as 155 residential units in a 22-story building with aluminum and glass exterior. Plans call for 13,900 square feet of retail/restaurant space on ground floor and mezzanine level, valet parking, Lanai Level indoor/outdoor social club, a 1,600-square-foot corner swimming pool overlooking the city, an outside bar, landscaped gardens and outdoor gathering areas, a rooftop recreation complex and more.

Pics to confirm construction? I’ll move to proposed for now.

The site as of April 2014:

Good idea for the meantime. Certain developments are a little tougher to find images for as they are not really well known. For some of the projects which broke ground in early 2014, I think its safe to assume the foundation is up as it can at times be tough to find images.

155-Unit Brickell Ten Is Now Under Construction

Construction is now underway at Brickell Ten, a 24-story condo building.

Ecuador’s IBcorp Investments has partnered with Waterstone Capital of Miami on the 155-unit project. BC Architects is the architect (also the architect of Biscayne Beach).

The project site is at 1010 SW 2nd Avenue, across from the Aloft Hotel Brickell. A new sales center will be opening later today.

Edit: Replaced the rendering. Link was broken. A newer, better rendering is now in place. Also, the same on on the image by the construction site. Also, the project gained two extra floors from 22 to 24.
