Mcarts notes of developments and etc

418 11th Ave. could be built, but they say that could be built somewhere else.

That is an incorrect interpretation of the project, Peeblesā€™ scheme for the project could be built somewhere else but they still have not been chosen to design 418 11th Ave, that project is separate from the developers, the overall project will not be built somewhere else since it is an address that canā€™t move.

Woah, thatā€™s a lot of 900 and 1000+ footers, and those proposed :astonished:

Two comments: it would be great to somehow segregate that list between completed, U/C, approved/proposed for illustration purposes (i.e. bold, italic, color coded etc).

Also, I keep thinking what an underrated city Philadelphia is. Having grown up in the DC area and now living in NYC, itā€™s always been just a stop on the Amtrak between the two cities. But actually it has one of the biggest and most diverse skylines and is a massive metro area in its own right. I think being sandwiched in the middle of the Northeast corridor causes it to be massively overlooked.

Iā€™ll try and bold ones I know are under construction.
If you know any I missed tell me.

Also yeah Philly can be underrated sometimes,

Iā€™m not sure where to post this, but I threw in a few megatalls from Chicagoā€™s vision list on SkyscraperPage to New Yorkā€™s future skyline. What do you think?

Nice! I did a similar version with the Dubai proposals in my Minecraft city

What?

Is a unbuilt megatall.

Uhh yeah???

What about it?

Okay and??? But yet you didnā€™t mention ā€œunbuiltā€ when @bmosborne posted visionary buildings from Chicago in this thread. So in concurring with @mcart, Iā€™m not sure what you are trying to say.

Wrong thread for unbuilt? Or is this the official unbuilt thread?

@007 This is based on the quote above on how this thread is created. So if he found the Chicago Spire to be interesting for this thread then so be it.

And yet, you didnā€™t even complain when I once posted a picture of Ultima Tower and X-Seed 4000 in this thread.

Yeah sure, but why do we need the official unbuit thread.

Iā€™m not sure if youā€™re trolling or not, but common sense would say that the purpose of that thread is to talk about unbuilt projects. Plus that thread was created last year.

If youā€™re going to say, ā€œyet the Chicago Spire is posted on this threadā€, then take a second look and read my previous post above.

Everything is fine, I was just surprisedā€¦

Surprised at what? You usually have a habit of policing posts that are deemed ā€œoff-topicā€ to your perspective, yet most of them are usually appropriate to the threads.

I donā€™t that anymore, only historical pictures.
