I can just imagine seeing this thing from the Edge Skydeck at night, absolutely amazing. Speaking of, we need more outdoor skydecks.

I wonder if a building this size could ever be built in Times Square? Or even something a little smaller but still pretty big?

That would be cool if a design like this would come to fruition, especially in NYC. 
But of course, it has to go through the FAA, the NIMBYs, city councils, etc…
I think I read something about the Times Square area being under some special zoning for theaters? Or not? I honestly have no idea
