It only just started to rise 1 year ago.
I think they plan to start the 3rd tower immediately after phase 2 is completed- probably later next year. All 3 are intended to be done by 2024.

If they start building phase 3 at the end of 2021, we could very well see the whole project at least topped out before or very early 2023

Hopefully Urban Ready Living (URL) Phase II and III kick up as well. Its even more sizable than the triple Journal Squared Phases with a waterfront impact.

I wonder what the price will be for admission. I bet its going to be cheaper than the ESB to steal business in an increasingly obs deck industry. ESB is kinda a rip-off, considering Top of the Rock if anything offers more “dynamic” views.
