Once the other towers nearby start rising, this will be a very nice cluster
Man, why can’t all skyscrapers go up at this ones pace. Watch the cladding be all zipped up by the beginning of Spring
They need to have the project management team of Journal Squared and One Vanderbilt teach at universities on proper project management. Or hell, even Hudson Yards team.
Its a beautiful sight when a tower rises almost flawlessly. Hopefully Urban Ready phase II kicks up. Another 3 tower development once finished, with 2 remaining.

The smaller tower u/c in the foreground is 33 Park avenue, phase II. Phase I directly to the left of it.
