Once the other towers nearby start rising, this will be a very nice cluster

Man, why can’t all skyscrapers go up at this ones pace. Watch the cladding be all zipped up by the beginning of Spring

They need to have the project management team of Journal Squared and One Vanderbilt teach at universities on proper project management. Or hell, even Hudson Yards team.

Its a beautiful sight when a tower rises almost flawlessly. Hopefully Urban Ready phase II kicks up. Another 3 tower development once finished, with 2 remaining.

That’s a really nice angle! Taken from Ellis Island?

The smaller tower u/c in the foreground is 33 Park avenue, phase II. Phase I directly to the left of it.

Thank you for answering a question I forgot to post. I was wondering what those were.

@apophenic It was along the Staten Island Ferry route. Such incredible views I’ve been missing out on.

A couple days ago. Facade starting on the base now. Hopefully they start on the 3rd tower sometime this year. Supposedly they were going to start immediately on phase 3 when 2 was complete and not wait a while like they did after phase 1 was complete.
